March 31, 2021

An Airman and his wife had a turbulent relationship. After a specific incident, military police issued temporary restraining orders against both parties. The Airman’s wife sought a permanent restraining order against him claiming that he was abusive, which was false. He visited his legal assistance office for help defending himself in the case. His case was placed with a volunteer attorney through the ABA Military Pro Bono Project.
